Intumescent Pipe Collars
Astroflame pipe collars are manufactured from a high performance intumescent material bonded to the inside of a steel sleeve. On exposure to fire the intumescent rapidly expands inwards, compressing the melting / collapsing plastic pipe until the pipe aperture is completely sealed.
