Description
A gypsum based fire resistant mortar which expands when activated by water and sets to form an excellent seal around cables, pipes and duct penetrations in walls and floors. Additional services can be easily added through the mortar and resealed with further mortar. Where plastic pipes pass through the mortar, Astroflame Pipe Wraps should be used.
Tested to BS476: Part 20 Astroflame Fire Resistant Mortar can provide up to 6 hours fire resistance depending on depth/width and volumetric area.

This product contains no fibres, halogens, silicone, solvents or added silica; we recommend that dust masks, gloves and eye protection be worn when handling/mixing the product. Normal good industrial and personal hygiene practises should be observed.
